All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment or verbal/written confirmation. ABC Tours & Travels reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Full payment is due before the commencement of the trip. For package tours, a 30% advance is required at the time of booking. Balance must be paid before departure.
The hired vehicle is for the use of the passenger(s) mentioned in the booking only. Sub-letting or using the vehicle for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Our drivers follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines. Passengers are requested to cooperate with the driver and maintain decorum during the journey.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. ABC Tours & Travels is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes at the pickup point. Additional waiting time will be charged at ₹100 per hour. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather or road conditions.
ABC Tours & Travels liability is limited to the cost of the trip booked. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
